Every Cash on Delivery parcel from Leather Bangla can be opened and inspected at your doorstep in front of the courier rider before making payment. If the size or material does not meet your expectations, you may hand it right back to the courier with zero hassle.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy

If you require a size swap or model exchange after accepting delivery, you can initiate an exchange within 7 calendar days. Products must remain unworn, in original condition with brand box and tags attached.

3. Lifetime Material Warranty

All genuine leather shoes, wallets, belts, and duffle bags are crafted from 100% full-grain cowhide leather. Every piece carries our guarantee covering leather authenticity and stitching integrity.

4. Exchange Shipping Charges

For size exchanges: Inside Dhaka delivery fee is ৳70. Outside Dhaka delivery fee is ৳130. For defective or wrong items, courier charges are 100% covered by Leather Bangla.
